Departing from Berth “B1” Marlin Marina every day, “That’s Awesome” cruises take on a one-hour calm water exploration of the Cairns harbour, inlet and surrounding wetlands. This tour is a sight to see for those wanting to experience the beauty of Australian wildlife, whilst getting a kick out of the thrill of our 4x300hp Suzuki vessel.
Focusing on the regions around the Admiralty Island’s backend, this tour offers scenic exploration of crocodile habitats, with the chance to spot one of this magnificent beasts in action. Become a part of the wetland habitats and the mystical mangroves as “That’s Awesome” makes its way through some of Cairns’ most interesting locations, including the fascinating remnants of shipwrecks (with the chance to come across a crocodile).
This is more than a slow tour with a commentary—we like to offer a bit of a thrill ride where allowed, and give “That’s Awesome” a bit of a hign speed run where permitted.

“That’s Awesome” operates on a set schedule from our Marlin Marina Berth B1, right in front of the Shangri-La Hotel. The vessel is also available to do the trips as a sole charter at reduced rates.
